Park View Enclave · Islamabad
One community. One voice.
PVERA is the residents’ own association — raising our concerns with society management and working together for a safer, cleaner and better-served Park View Enclave.
Who we are
The residents’ own association for Park View Enclave
Park View Enclave Residents Association (PVERA) brings neighbours together so that every household has a voice. We collect residents’ concerns, take them to the Park View City / Enclave management, and follow up until they are resolved.
We are independent, volunteer-run and open to every resident of the Enclave. Our aim is simple: a safe, clean, well-maintained community where problems are heard and fixed quickly.

What we work on
Raising the issues that matter to residents
From a broken streetlight to a recurring water problem, we make sure concerns reach the right people at the management — and that residents get an answer.
Security & Safety
Gate and patrol arrangements, CCTV coverage, visitor control and street lighting across all blocks.
Water, Power & Gas
Reliable water supply, electricity and gas connections, billing questions and outage follow-ups.
Roads & Infrastructure
Road repairs, drainage, footpaths, speed control and completion of promised development work.
Cleanliness & Waste
Regular garbage collection, clean streets and open plots, and proper upkeep of common areas.
Parks & Green Spaces
Well-kept parks, play areas and greenbelts, tree plantation drives and protection of open spaces.
Community & Events
Bringing neighbours together through meetings, Eid and national-day gatherings and welfare drives.
